My facilitation journey originated decades ago, when I led design, planning, and strategic development sessions, honing my skills as both a discussion leader and a live graphic artist who created engaging visuals on 5 by 12-foot wall panels. This unique combination of roles built my confidence for later training dozens of users on CRM systems that I designed.
